  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
